My name is Jennifer and welcome to Twelve 28 Bakery! I come from a long line of bakers and cooks but I’m the first to turn my passion into a business. My husband is a retired Army Veteran with five tours under his belt and is now an entrepreneur providing for our family. We have a blended family of three girls (Laila, Dixie & Olivia) and two fur babies (Beaux & Maple).

 

Twelve 28 Bakery is named after Laila (her birthday) because she’s not only my oldest, but she’s also the reason I am the mom I am today. Being a young mom hasn’t been easy but everything I’ve done to make our lives better has been sweeter with her by my side. 

 

I’ve been baking my whole life and am completely self taught, though, I am currently enrolled at the Culinary Institute of America studying Baking & Pastry. I enjoy making others laugh and smile and I love celebrating YOU! We try to honor God in all we do, so believe me when I say, you being here is a huge BLESSING and we are thankful you’re here!
